A Prayer for Healing

How many times have you heard people tell you they don't like a particular month or a particular time of the year because sickness, tragedy, loss and all kinds of mayhem always seem to happen to them or their family at the same time of the year? I am in healthcare and I hear it all the time. He gives me an opportunity to pray for that person or family. Strongholds come in different forms but every one can be broken. It is the very reason why Jesus came - to destroy the work of the devil. Have you noticed a pattern of ills in your life or the life of your loved ones? It is time to take action! Do what Jesus did!!

PRAY

Father in the name of Jesus, I magnify you and give you all glory because we are wonderfully and fearfully made by you. You designed us, made us and impart life into us. In you I will live, move and have our being. Today I present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to you. I believe that you want me to live healthy and happy. I declare that sickness and disease have no legal right in by body. Any bad report I receive or any symptoms that present themselves are rejected in Jesus' name. Any condition or manifestation that appears to exist are there illegally and are commanded to GO in Jesus' name. Every enemy that could ever face man including sickness was defeated before you even went to the cross. There you defeated the last enemy which is 'death'. Therefore I take hold of ALL that you have for me. The provision of healing is mine and I refused to be denied! I walk in divine health. My body is healthy. My. Mind is healthy. My spirit is healthy and it is well with my soul. Father I thank you that no pestilence will come near my dwelling. My house is in order. Lack is far from me and I am covered in the palm of your hands. Jesus thank you for your blood that was shed. You have given me access. I have entered in and you have set my foot in a broad place. Be magnified oh Lord, thou are highly exalted and there is nothing that You can't do. Our eyes are on You. Be magnified.

With your blood now Lord, cover my mind, cover my body, cover my soul, cover my family, cover my home, all that you have entrusted to me, all the concerns are connected to me. You are my portion. My Jehovah Rapha - my great Healer. Heal me now Lord - physically, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, socially, financially and relationally. I will never be the same again. Thank you Lord for what you have done in me. I thank you for what you are doing even now. I thank and praise your name for what you will continue to do. I seal this prayer with the BLOOD of Jesus and the name of Jesus. Amen.
